Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing Sehr El-Sharq! We want you to absolutely love your new piece.  In case something isn’t quite right, don’t worry! We’re here to help! 

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the exchange shipping fees.

To qualify for an exchange you must provide the original invoice sent with your order. 

We can exchange the item if it is:

  • A different color
  • A different size
  • A different product
  • Has  a manufacturing defect  (our products go through a quality check  process to make sure you receive the best products always 🤍) 

The items should pass the quality control done by the team of the exchange, provided that:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • There are no missing items such as accessories, veils, belts, etc.
  • Items showing signs of use, alterations, or damage are not eligible for exchange.
  • The item has absolutely no marks or odors, makeup, perfume, etc.
  • All beaded items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns are Non-Returnable.
