Return & Exchange Policy – Sehr El Sharq

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must provide the original invoice sent with your order.
  • The item must pass a quality control check by our team.

We can exchange items for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • A different product
  • A manufacturing defect
    (Please note that all products go through a quality check before shipping.)

Items Eligible for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all tags, packaging, and accessories (veils, belts, etc.) intact
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or odors
  • Not be altered, damaged, or worn

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or beaded items
  • Items bought during sales or promotional offers
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage

Exchange Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.


How to Exchange

    • Your order number
    • The reason for the exchange
    • Any supporting photos, if applicable
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  4. Exchanges are processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the item.

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer cash refunds. We are happy to help with exchanges or offer a store credit where applicable, except for non-exchangeable items listed above.
